Penny served me and my husband, we did not feel rushed or hurried, the staff gave us plenty of time to look and try beds. They were not pushy or following us around. We did not feel jumped on as soon as we walked in which was really nice. Penny was very genuine and interested in us as people and we felt she understood what we were looking for.

I actually went to Bensons for beds at Rose Kiln first. I walked round the whole store and not one person asked if I needed help in that time, so I came to Dreams. As soon as I walked into Dreams your assistant was asking if I needed any help within minutes - this was important as the above is why I walked out of Bensons. I was given plenty of time to try different mattresses, and when I asked questions to why this mattress? What's the difference between this and that brand, the member of staff was knowledgeable and could answer my questions promptly. I am in sales myself and the art of upselling isn't always easy. I never felt pressured to buy what I didn't want to, I was asked in a way that made me feel comfortable agreeing to or declining. From your point of view, I was asked the question, which is what it's about to increase items per transaction. Overall I was really pleased with the service I got from Racheal and will recommend to friends and family to go see her at the Reading store - Rose Kiln lane.

I found the shop assistant extremely helpful and was given plenty of time to try out the beds and pillows. I didn't feel rushed at all and it felt like my needs were understood. Great customer service.
