We were seen too almost as soon as we walked in the door. We were shown 4-5 opinions of what we were after and was given time to decide with out being rushed. We were offered tea or coffee and as we went through the buying process with everything being explained and confirmed before any payment was made.

we were greeted in a friendly manner. and directed to our purchase. we were offered a coffee ,while the purchase was completed. with delivery details explained.
