The item I wanted, they had and it was on sale. Delivery was very quick.

The gentleman that helped us was really helpful, asked what we were looking for then showed us where to find it and left us to look around without doing the hard sell which made us feel much more comfortable.

We visited your Dreams store in Reading and were dealt with by Veronica. She was incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand what our individual needs were, she had an extensive knowledge of the products and made sure we were 100% happy before making the purchase. This is not the case in other bed retailers we have visited, where we felt under pressure to make a sudden purchase. She was happy to answer any questions we had and gave us her undivided attention throughout the whole process. We were very impressed with the price and quality of the products, having also been gifted a set of pillows in addition to a discount, and we would have no hesitation to recommend your company to a friend, or consider buying from you in the future.

Penny at the Reading branch in rose kiln Lane was so good really friendly and helpful lovely shop with nice staff.

Found what we were looking for with the help of assistant very quickly. She was very helpful and friendly.

We received excellent customer service, the sales assistant had good product knowledge without being to pushy. Was offered a coffee and left alone to make final decision. We were going to order online but glad we came to store to try out first, as we found out that memory foam is not for us!

Good choice. Helpful staff without being pushy

It has been a long time since i brought a mattress and so wasn't aware of what was available nowadays. On entering the store, Penny approached us and very politely asked if we needed any help...she gave us a quick overview of the various available options and the colour coding and then left us alone to look around. Penny left us to it and only when we looked we needed some help did she step forward...Penny did not hover around us or continually badger us like you normally get in other stores, Penny was absolutely fantastic. Once we decided what we wanted, Penny processed our order without any fuss.
