Steve was really helpful on our initial visit. We came in for a mattress and left deciding we needed a Super Kingsize bed. We chose the mattress but unfortunately the bed we chose didn’t fit when we got home. He helped measure everything on the phone. We chose another bed from elsewhere but because of Steve service we were compelled to come back to buy the mattress from you. We returned to buy the mattress,cover and 4 pillows and were served by Penny who was great. To top it all because we couldn’t fit the pillows and cover on our Harley motorbike Steve offered to drop,it home for us himself as he lives close by- excellent.

The sales assistant Penny knew all about the origins of the materials used in the mattresses and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.
