Dreams - Reading

We went in (to the shop) with an idea of what we wanted and the shop assistant, Rachael was brilliant at helping us choose the right bed for us.

We were seen to straight away by Claire in Reading, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and we found it very easy to select a bed, headboard and mattress that suited our needs. We also liked the 10% discount for being in the millitary.

My partner and I knew we hated our current mattress, but we needed guidance on a new purchase. The assistant helped us by understanding our current problem and then offering a few options. She recommended the very mattress that we purchased. The service was polite and relaxed, she gained our confidence very early. My partner is dismissal of salespeople who start with ''can I help you'' she allowed us to shop at our pace in the knowledge that she was in the background if we needed assistance. We knew exactly where we stood. I would have no hesitation in shopping at this store again

Penny at the Reading store was lovely and very efficient. I felt very looked after.

Steve was very polite in first offering us his help, he didn't put any pressure on us and let us relax and look around freely. When we did have questions and couldn't find certain items he was very knowledgeable of products and answered all our questions. The store was clean and nicely laid out too but it was the customer service that really impressed us and made our visit so enjoyable and successful!

we arrived at the Reading branch, we were after a mattress we hadn't changed ours for about 17 years, we had a foam mattress before. We started to look for a foam mattress, our first impression was it was very well laid out all beds had easy to read signs, with prices, it was very clean. The sales assistant greeted us, i asked for foam mattresses, the lady then explained about the new mattresses and nothing was too much took us round and left us to try out a few of the mattress and then came round and asked about pillows we used and went away and brought back some pillows that we used so we can have a better feel for the mattress. we decided on one, the lady then went through the paperwork and made it all very easy for us to buy and make arrangement for deliver. The sales assistant made the whole experience very easy and gave us the feeling that her time with us was important

The assistant, Clare Howes, was very helpful and pleasant, taking all the time that I needed to help me to select a bed and mattress. The product range was large and well presented

It was a quick and efficient transaction.
