Very good customer service very friendly service

We purchased our last mattress from the Dreams store in Reading. So, it was no big decision to go back again. However, nothing was taken for granted by the assistant. We had the pleasure of dealing with Veronica. It is rare to meet an assistant, these days, who deals with customers as if they own the shop, rather than just working there. If you own the shop, then you will do everything possible to make a sale. Well, that was our impression of Veronica. I hope someone will take the time to pass on our thanks to Veronica.

The main reason for my high degree of satisfaction with Dreams was the fact that Veronica was on duty in the store again. She listened to my every word and guided me accordingly. I felt she would give me all the time I needed to make my choice in a relaxed, but professional fashion.

We were assisted in store by Anna=Marie Drakes, who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would certainly recommend Dreams to friends.

I found a mattress which I think will be very comfortable. I was very impressed with the service in the shop and am looking forward to many a good night's sleep.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and reassuring of the choice we had made especially as we had limited funds. Also was very caring as my wife is partially disabled.
