Racheal the girl that assisted us was knowledgeable friendly and we were happy to make a purchase

I was served by Veronica, she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products available and the manufacturers as I was looking for a soft mattress to replace my current one which is quite firm. Also I wanted more storage space but have bedside tables so thought I wouldn't be able to have 4 draws in the base but she advised they did a continental base where 2 of the draws are smaller and will open with bedside tables.

Veronica was very helpful and knew her stuff but also gave space for you to decide. No pressure to buy and a good selection of products.

The store was a pleasant environment to look around, calm atmosphere and approachable staff. The beds were well presented - The only suggestion I’d make is having printed leaflets in front of the beds which customers can take home with them to refer to when comparing.

Friendly welcome (by Veronica). Listened to our requirements, explained and showed the options available. Able to try options in store and place order in one visit. Nice touch offering refreshments.

Both Veronica and Penny were pleasant and friendly. Veronica, who served me, was knowledgeable and didn't waste any time.

I was served by Penny, validation code 937, in the Reading store. This is the third time a member of my family has returned to your store in a year. The service this time was, as always, exceptional. Penny approached and offered help or time to browse, had great product knowledge and was not in any way pushy. She listened to and responded to my needs. She offered me a drink. I asked Penny how Dreams achieves such a high standard of service in her opinion. She referred to the excellent company ethos, mentioning that the general manager sends the store a regular video message. She had worked for other furniture retailers but was happiest working for Dreams. The whole team seem lovely and the company has obviously got recruitment and management absolutely right. Only constructive feedback is about website; quoted 8 weeks delivery so I nearly didn't go to the store, when in fact my delivery is in two weeks.
