The sales team were very attentive when entered the store, but they also gave us time to walk around and view all the options. Veronica was very helpful as she quickly understood our requirements and expertly restricted the selection of mattresses to view based on our budget and requirements. This allowed my Mum who is 85 to calmly select the right products for her. This whole experience was very professional and focused on our specific needs. Well done.

The lady who helped me (Veronica) was very knowledgeable. I knew whathat I wanted and she showed me all of the possible options and had completed my purchase in less than 45 minutes. She was friendly, helpful and not pushy.

The staff were friendly and helpful but not too pushy. They gave us the information we needed but also gave us space to browse at our leisure.

I was highly satisfied as the staff member Penny at the Reading store was very helpful, polite and understanding of our needs. So with this in mind she chose the best mattress that would suit our needs and even sorted out the best pillows for our needs too. Really friendly and helpful staff we were offered refreshments if required. We were left to try beds at our leisure and not pressurised in any way.

The member of staff knew what I required from my description of requirements. The time spent was not wasted on trying to 'change' my request to something more expensive.

I went to a number of shops, either couldn't find what we wanted or, was not happy with the staff. We came back to Dreams in Reading, I did not realise I was talking to the manager during my earlier visit. Very Helpful, Very Friendly. Answered my questions with a smile despite me going up to him more than once. There are a great number of managers and sales people in a great number of stores who could learn a lot by spending some time in this store. More than impressed. Excellent service.
