Dreams - Reading

We were allowed to browse , helpnwas offered and when ready we engaged with the host, Sam. Knowledgable and quick to understand our needs.

Quality of products - we went to 6 furniture stores before we found a bed we liked in Dreams! The sales woman was brilliant, offered just the right amount of help without being at all pushy to make a sale.

The lady who helped us, Claire I think was very helpful, understanding and had good knoladge about all the products, we were very satisfied with the service

The young lady who attended to me was very pleasant and helpful made me feel comfortable and very much at ease. The young ladies name is Georgia and have to say she is a credit to your store Thank you Maggi🙂

Sales assistant was extremely helpful and her service was efficient. Directed us to mattresses straight away and then beds. We were in 1 hour from start to finish which was great!

We were helped by Georgia and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. We knew we wanted to order that day, so she got us to try the bed ‘simulator’(?) and showed us all the potential beds that might suit us. All of our questions were answered, she also knew all the right questions to ask. She also gave us some time to think and mull over the beds we were leaning towards. It made a slightly overwhelming choice an easier one having her help on the day. We were very relieved to walk away with a bed and frame to be delivered on our moving day.

The assistance was friendly and immediate. Georgia knew her products and was very helpful and polite.

Excellent assistance given by Samuel in Reading Gate store. Enjoyed the mattress fitter experience.

Our sales person was extremely patient with my older mother and was very knowledgeable and even made us a cup of tea.

The lady that help me to find the right mattress for myself, was very helpful friendly and down to earth when speaking to.
