Dreams - Reading

The staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The bed selection was good enough, so much so that we could see that you get what you pay for in a bed which made us decide on a bed double our initial budget. The sales staff and manager helped me and my girlfriend choose the right bed for us and with finance.

Penny showed us a small double so we could see the bed to check for to the bedroom size

Assistant was excellent. Even gave us a cup of tea while we were trying mattress!.

Was given a cup of tea. Shown the beds but not any pressure in choosing one. After being shown was able to look around freely on our own which was nice

Sales colleague was fantastic, gave great advise, helped us find what we were looking for but equally gave us plenty of time to decide without following us around the store constantly. Was there on call if we needed. Just spot on.

Claire was very helpful in the morning and I went back later to order the bed. She had gone home, so her colleague helped me. Both ladies were very helpful.

The Assitant was very friendly with a good understanding of the products.

We were highly satisfied with the quality of service and assistance in the store. Our sales rep, Veronica, was very knowledgable on products shown and explanations given. Very good guidance.
