Veronica was very knowledgeable and thorough in her presentation on the beds and guided us to the perfect solution for us

Served by Veronica who was helpful but not intrusive as we looked around. She answered our questions and took time to listen to exactly what we were looking for. She explained about the different mattresses and encouraged us to try several out. Once we had decided the paperwork was very quick to complete. We were pleased that Dreams were understanding that we couldn't confirm delivery date as we don't have a completion date yet on my daughters new flat.

Veronica was helpful, knowledgeable and the whole purchase was completed quickly and efficiently.

Only went in to have a look at beds, we found that the store have the bed and mattress we was looking for, the staff were very helpfully at helping us decide on the right mattress. After half an hour we decided to buy the bed.

Warm and friendly advice from Sharon on both occasions. Took me through the options available for a room of very small size and ordered me a new bed frame with no issues. Wonderful customer service.

Veronica was fantastic in assisting us from when we entered the store to the point of purchasing. She listened to what we were looking for and gave valid recommendations. While trying the products she came back to offer some more advice and to see if we needed anymore help while not being pushy or pushing for the obvious up-sell. Very very satisfying experience.
