Sharon at Dreams inthe Reading Brunel Retail Park went anbove and beyond in order to ensure we were well looked after and foud the correct bed for us, without her assistance, knowledge and advice we would not have made a purchase today. You can be very proud of her work.

Simon Black was a very helpful and charming young man. Very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. we did not feel pressured in any way at all.we were buying a bed for our Grandson who is 15 and he also said how helpful he was helping to choose the right bed for his height and build. We would definitely shop here again and tell all our friends.

Sharon was very knowledgeable and quickly understood what we wanted and directed us to the best mattress for our needs. She completed the order quickly (we were in a rush) and managed to secure a perfect date for delivery

We needed a headboard for the guest room and needed it for the following weekend, no problem at all. Product was what we were looking for and at a very good price. The assistant was excellent.

Simon, your sales Assistant was extremely helpful We cannot comment yet on the quality of the mattress because we await delivery. The staff were all very helpful and the store looked very good. We would certainly visit again if the need arose and recommend it to our friends.
