we walked into dreams and the first bed we saw we just new it was the bed for us veronica the asstant came over to see if we were ok we both felt very relaxed with veronica she explained every thing about the bed and als gave us a bottle of water each very kind jester veronica went though every thing when we went to pay to be sure we under stood what we were paying for we will definitely come back to dreams again

We had visited some the other bed shops in Reading but when we came to Dreams the attitude was much more attentive and helpful. We were given different pillows to try on the mattress and time was not limited to finding what we wanted.

The assistance and advice given meant that we ended up confident that we have the right beds for us. We were particularly impressed with how well Veronica helped our son choose. He is 34 with multi coloured hair and can look a bit intimidating but actually he has Asperger's, is vulnerable and has difficulty with change. She guided him through all the choices and he left the store looking forward to getting his new bed. We ended up bringing forward the purchase of our own bed and were equally pleased with the advice given. I particularly like the mattress guarantee which allows you to exchange a mattress after you have tried it out properly, but I am confident we will find we have the right one because we weren't rushed into a decision
