Excellent customer service. Veronica offered good advice and understood exactly what are requirements were. No pressure, no haste -just good service.

The sales assistant was very friendly and patient. I took my daughters to choose a bed and mattress and he was very patient while they tested them out several times. He answered all questions we had and he was very cheerful and polite throughout.

From the moment I have asked the assistant about the particular make of the mattress she has directed me to the area of the show room where I was able to test the mattress. She even brought a brand new pillow for me to use. She wasn't pushy and has given me time to make my mind up on what I wanted to purchase. We had to wait for the desk with computer in order to fill the forms and pay, as there was only three desks in the show room and each one was busy.

Veronica was a brilliant Customer Advisor. I purchased a ex-demo headboard at a very good price and she offered brilliant service.

When I entered the store I had a product in mind that I wanted. The assistant, Sharon, helped me make a more informed decision which I realised I needed. She helped me make a better decision that was right for me.
