The sales assistant, Veronica, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our needs and made recommendations based on that information.

Lovely lady called Sharon made me and my girlfriend feel really comfortable. She was the for any problem we had and and was just generally lovely. The store was very clean and well presented. We will be back to purchase are bed frame later this year because of all these reasons.

I have always shopped at Dreams, Reading Store. I have now bought 2 beds, mattresses and furniture there over the last 2 years. There is a good range of products to see but I view on the website first to get some idea but prefer the experience of shopping in store before I make up my mind. Marky (Validation Code 937) has served us now each time we have been to the store. He is helpful, polite and an extremely nice young man.

Sales assistant Racheal) was very helpful and knowledgable. Staff were very tolerant of our children (bored of shops) and friendly too. Allowed us plenty of space and time to test the bed options and was able to offer advice specific to us. Was very careful to explain the contractual details in plain English, nothing hidden, no surprised.

We were served by Sharon Reading store - I cannot express enough how great she was and the reason we purchased - we had been to other stores and were still browsing however her customer service helpful, letting us look, knowledgable made us not only buy the mattress we came in for but then the bed and headboard!! EXCELLENT service really pleased far better than the other bed stores in Reading

We did know what we wanted when we went to the store as we had researched online beforehand, but even so the assistant was very helpful and we didn't have to wait for anyone to come to us , we were even offered a cup of coffee. It was a very easy uncomplicated process .

good choice of mattresses, staff available to help without being overbearing or pushy
