Whilst my wife and I were looking round bemused at the vast array of products on offer. we were lucky to be approached by Rachael who, after finding outwhat we were looking for , took us through some options. She demonstrated several beds.Whilst we debated what we preferred she had to attend to another customer On her return we completed the transaction swiftly. The whole process took well under 45 minutes. Considering we only do this every X years, we were extremely satisfied. Well done Rachael.

Found exactly what we wanted - we had help choosing a mattress and felt no sales pressure

The main thing that impressed me was the sales assistants in the store, not being ageist but it’s nice to see mature people who have great knowledge of their products instead of youngsters who are just full of spiel. The store was quiet so no waiting to be seen. Overall I was very impressed and got what I needed.

The store assistant, Marky, was very helpful and friendly, while not being overly pushy as some sales people can be. This tends to put us off buying from shops. Marky, however, talked us through different options then left us to make our own mind up in our own time. A great asset to your store.

Sharon was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, she wasn't pushy and took the time to understand our needs and offer assistance when required. We came in unsure of what we wanted and with her assistance came out with what we required.

The sales assistant was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, showed us various alternatives in response to our stated needs, and gave us time alone to try out different options. Very helpful and friendly.

Didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything but got very good advise about which mattress and shown a few to try by ourselves

Visited the reading store and staff members where very helpful and friendly, assisted us by showing the different types of mattress they had and with the divan and headboard we liked to complete our new bed. And available in the colour and fabric we liked. Placing the order was easy but along wait for finance company to check during sales period, but the staff could not have been any more apologetic about the issue, they had plenty of choice for the delivery days and what suited us best. Would shop here again.
