the salesmen was outstanding... i understood every think .....he explain every think.. in slow time ..... and i was very highly satisfied with my with Marky and i will been recommending dreams the any one wanting to buy a bed.... i very happy with the service

we came out looking to replace our bad and had visited many web sites and other stores. our time in the drams store at Rose Kiln lane, Reading was by far the best experienced. We were welcomed by "Marky" and allowed to move around the store freely viewing the beds. Marky provided us with pillows and suggested we tried the different styles of bed and mattress. when we needed advice Marky was at hand, he never had to refer to his phone or go away to check (regular experience at other stores) he was extremely knowledgable. We did leave to check our favourite against another shop locally but returned due to the experience we had received. Marky welcomed us back and helped us all the way through our purchase.

The assistant Marky was very helpful and new what he was on about and was able to get our order sorted quickly.

My Husband and myself visited our Reading store and was served by Rachel and she listened to everything we asked for and more we were offered a cup of tea and we felt she gave us 110% of her time brilliant service

Sales persons made us feel welcome but not pressured (we were and accepted offered coffee/tea). We were enabled to explore different options and encouraged to try out a range of mattresses. Staff were polite and efficient.

Professional yet friendly approach from staff member.

Saalesperson, Veronica, seemed to know the product we were looking for and went to lengths to explain the different types available. We hve purchased a new mobile home that is fully furnished and we do not like the bed, hence the need to replace it. We do not have a moving date as yet but, as soon as we have it we will be returning to the store to make a final purchase.

The lady that served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products we wanted to view and hopefully purchase today, we had seen a better offer online at dreams on the black friday deals and the assistant acquired the help of another colleague to search for this while we looked around for the base that we wished to purchase unfortunately the mattress we wanted was not included in the right size in the black friday deals , all of the assistants in the shop today were friendly and helpful ,she also gave us compliments about how happy we were as a couple and how friendly and patient we were while she did the necessary paperwork online , the delivery of the products we purchased today are arriving to us sooner than we thought possible which means we get our new tempur mattress and new ottoman bed frame in time for christmas.

Rachael was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy sales wise. Overall a pleasant and time efficient shopping experience.

We'd done a lot of research online and had chosen a specific mattress, which was on offer. When we arrived at the store it happened to be the first mattress we saw, right in front of us. The assistant was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, allowing us time to discuss what we were looking for. She was also able to price match a discount of 7% that I was available to me via my employer. A great customer experience all round.
