Shop Assistant did not pounce on us on arrival, and when they did approach gave us information and then left us to discuss our purchase without pressure.

The person who assisted us (Marky) initially made himself known to us then checked a few minutes later if he could help. When we asked for help he was knowledgeable and we carried out a pleasant and productive discussion leading to a purchase.

We went to the store simple to fact find and ended up buying a mattress. The assistant, Veronica, was knowledgable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. There were a considerable number of beds to try although many were eliminated quickly for various reasons. We were given as much time as we wanted to make our decision.

Sales assistant Rachel was really friendly and knowledgable, she gave us a number of options of beds to try to ensure we bought the correct mattress for us. We were offered different price ranges and never felt pressured or rushed to making a choice.

Veronica was extremely knowledgeable and competent and helpful.
