Veronica our sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable of the products available and after asking what we were after showed a variety of mattresses that could suit our needs. She left is alone to try out the products and was not pushy. Overall a very delightful experience after visiting one of your competitors, we choose your product over there's even though yours was more expensive

Racheael in the Reading Branch (Rose Kiln Lane) was exceptionally friendly and stayed beyond the store closure time in order to help us find the mattress and bedframe. She went above and beyond what we would have expected and deserves a raise.

The gentleman who dealt with us (Marky) really helped with the experience and made us feel comfortable and listened to what we needed, gave us advise without making us feel pressure to buy.

Good friendly advice

I had a lovely lady called Veronica her number is 937 she was very friendly and smart dressed offered me a drink. Veronica asked me what I would like, she listened to me and she help me to pick a bed. It did take me two visits to Dreams before I was happy on a bed as Dreams has so many lovely beds. Each visit to Dreams I had Veronica helping me she was very welcoming with a lovely smile. When I got home Veronica phoned me up and told me my delivery of my bed is 28th November. I am so looking forward to sleeping in my new bed. I would highly recommended Dreams to all my friends and family.
