knowlege of the staff. Very helpful. Listened to what I wanted and my available budget. Gave me a variety of options and the benefits of each. Quick and simple ordering. I think the whole process took about half an hour. I hope your delivery people are as efficient.

The assistant was attentive, asked the right, pertinent questions, (I suffer badly from sciatica) and clearly explained the difference between the different types of bed, and how it would affect my sciatic agony. He was efficient and friendly and knowledgeable. I had two other bed stores to visit before deciding on a bed, but I decided to go with Dreams owing to the assistant's efficiency, knowledge and general demeanor.

THe lady who served us was fnatastic from start to finish. She was celary selling to us, but it was a pleasant exercise.

As someone that is currently undergoing chemotherapy your colleague took time to help with my needs and was very professional. We wasn't made to rush and we were offered refreshments also.

Assistant showed us the options for the mattress which we were interested in. It was available to take away. The whole process between arriving at & leaving the store was no more than 15 minutes.
