Sales person knowledgeable and gave good advice.

Racheal was amazing and v informative

When we first walked into the store I just wanted to look. Then we needed product information, for which a lady immediately came forward, We were so impressed with her knowledge, she listened really carefully to my questions and needs and was then able to give us advice. At NO time did I feel pressured or rushed. The lady, Racheal, was really professional, but I felt I could trust her advice. We were made to feel extremely valued as customers and were given a lovely cup of coffee, while she did all the paperwork. A very big thank you Diane

The Sales Assistant (who's name escapes me) was a huge help and took the time to discuss what we liked and did not like about current mattresses, previous mattresses and helped over a good period trying out a number of different mattress types, brands and pillows. New mattress and pillows chosen, very happy!
