Beds available to suit all needs. The assistant was most accommodating in trying to find what was suitable for me. Rachel (staff member) even carried a mattress from one end of the store to the other. In order to find a suitable base to match the mattress I required, due to my height. The lady who assisted me , Veronica was very friendly. She knew exactly the kind of bed that i wanted and that saved my time. She also showed me other beds to compare. I was very pleased, it ddnt take me much time to place my order. Excellent customer service.. and i was also offered a glass of water!

The lady helping us was really lovely. She wasn't too over the top like some sales people but neither was she too distant. We thought she was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had two small children with us who were very excited to see lots of beds they could jump on and the lady was really understanding.

Found the bed we wanted. Moreover it had been reduced in price due to the bank holiday weekend. The sales rep was very patience and provided us with all the information we required.

Pleasant assistant very helpful without pressurising.

FROM FIRST CONTACT ON ENTERING THE STORE TO PLACING AN ORDER ,WAS TREATED POLITELY AND WITH GOOD PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.EVERY DETAIL OF MY ORDER WAS EXPLAINED AS IT HAPPENED.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
