Dreams - Reading

We walked in and were met by veronica, who wasn't too pushy but when we need help she was there with great knowledge and help and made the experience great.

I knew roughly what I wanted. I visited twice. On both visits the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The delivery time could have been quicker, but I can live with that.

Friendly and very helpful . wasn't pushy or forcing us into having to buy anything that we didn't want or had to have. Like most store keepers.

Veronica was very friendly and helpful. She made our visit enjoyable and she was knowledgable about the products.

Sales Advisor was serving 2 sets of customers at the same time (2 available in store at that time) but still managed to deliver excellent service. Very knowledgeable and listened to our questions and gave good answers

My experience was excellent. I was made to feel most welcomed and the customer service I received was personalised. Very professional staff. I was offered a drink during my visit.

Not being badgered or forced in to purchase, staff we there if we had a question and friendly. They were also prepared to listen to our needs.

i had a lovely welcome in to the store and was shown the beds i was inteeested with and givwen great deals with a matresses cover included!

I was not sure what bed to get. Veronica was helpful and she was friendly and incredible professional. She was patient with me.

The lady who helped was great, not pushy at all and took time to understand our needs and gave us time alone to lay on beds and think. she regularly checked in with us to answer more question and offer tea - lovely sales manner and a huge help - can't wait to sleep on our new bed!!
