I was not sure what bed to get. Veronica was very helpful. She showed us around. We have purchased new house and we were nervous to find the prefect bed. She was very patient and gave us space to think. The bed was at a good price. We are grey satisfied with our purchase.

The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to find and purchase the things we were looking for (a mattress and two pillows) quickly, and we are happy with the products.

I visited your store and greeted by a lovely, friendly gentleman, who passed me to his colleague, Veronica. Veronica asked what sort of mattress I needed and I wasn't sure, it has been too long since my last purchase. We assettained that a medium to firm mattress with pocket springs and a topper, would be more suitable for me. She showed me a selection of mattresses with different amounts of springs and toppers and we very easily whittled the selection to two, then one. Veronica was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, knew the mattresses she had in store and exactly what I wanted, telling if I liked it as soon after I lay on it. She asked which positions I sleep in and suggested I tried those as well. My trip to your store began wth just wanting to know what sort I needed and ended up with a purchase. I really am extremely happy, have been dredding this purchase for years. I can be quite indecisive at times and procrastinate, but I knew I wanted a mattress and very easily and quickly made my decision. The trip to your store lasted no longer than 30mins. So far, I think I've made a very good investment and looking forward to the delivery.

A varied amount of mattresses to try and browse. Veronica served is and she was very knowledgable about the products. Gave us time to try and ask questions. Very professional and courteous.
