Dreams - Reading

Best shopping experience I have received in along time. My husband and i were looking for 2 4ft beds and visited the Reading store on a very hot morning, we were promptly approached by Veronica who having asked the relevant questions guided us to a selections of beds to try, she was extremely knowledgable and very friendly and at no time did we feel under any pressure to make a decision and having decided on our purchase, this was completed in a clear professional manner. I might add that I have been served by this lady in the past and will defiantly return again as I have decided to purchase another mattress. Many thanks Veronica Deborah irving

This was my first time using Dreams - I found the product online first then visited our local Dreams store in Reading as I wanted to see the quality of it before buying. I was impressed with the store, the quality and choice of beds and the staff who were all without exception friendly, professional and approachable. I was served immediately and the whole buying process was quick and efficient.

Marky from the Reading store was incredible! Perfect salesman, not too push or overbearing and great product knowledge.
