we saw Sharon and she was extremely helpful and knew all about the products we were looking for. she very efficiently dealt with our order and everything went very smoothly

I was served by Sharon. She was really friendly and welcoming. Her and her colleague looked after my grandma whilst I looked around and provided a tea and a chat. Sharon helped me to find the right tv bed and mattress and found the one that was best for me. She even found me a pillow similar to the one i use at home.

The person who assisted me, Veronica, was very helpful. She spent time with me on what for the store would be a small sale (I was buying bedding), but it would make me come back to buy a bed or other item from her. She had great attention to detail and asked about the depth of the mattress the sheets were for, and one set needed to be for a mattress that is quite deep, and I had not thought about this, so it ensured I got something that fitted properly! Veronica also pointed out which bedding was on special offer. All in all, I can only say she was very professional, polite and patient. Thank you.

We needed a matress to take away on the day, and said what we'd like, and the lady showed us exactly which ones were available to take away, took us round to see which we liked best.

Veronica Gibbons was brilliant at ensuring we had the right product and was very friendly and efficient when we made an initial visit to the store. Her telephone manner when placing the order was very patient and professional. I have a retail background for an International organisation so I appreciate a professional demeanour when I'm dealing with sales personnel.

We came in looking for specific type of beds. The assistant showed us all the options without any hard sell, he encouraged us to try the beds and let us make up our own mind. It was a quick but very good visit, and the ordering system was simple and smooth.

I knew roughly what I was looking for and Veronica was able to narrow down the range of mattresses for me to try and to answer my questions.

Wanted a bed base without mattress. Had looked in other furniture stores but could not find anything in my price range.
