we knew what we wanted and how much we were prepared to spend. The choice was excellent so we were able to make a quick decision with Marky`s help.

Marky was helpful and professional

We were not hurried and were left to discuss between ourselves without any pressure. This was important as my wife has Parkinsons so we needed to get things right.

Khy and marky at dreams reading so funny but professional they have a wicked approach to customer service keeping it real but still to an amazing standerd adaptable to situations they went above and beyond with helping me choose and select my bed and products couldnt of asked for a better two .they also were quick with my order and explained everything .Made me feel at ease nothing was a hassel . Also steve the store manager was really excellent seems to really look after his team and customers. I will definetley be returning.. and recomending to my friends and family!! Thanks guys!!

We were given enough space to walk around without getting hassled, but Marky was very helpful and informative, showing us some different options and prices. It's a very fine line between selling and being overbearing but Marky had just the right balance.

Overall the shop assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and understood my needs. I was kept informed on delivery and arrived before the designated time.

The sales-person (Sharon) informed us of the colour scheme used for beds on display and on the availability in each category of the firmness we had requested. Made an offer of Tea/Coffee, and let us wander around without being pestered at every turn!! We went off to check other retailers and felt as though we had someone on our shoulder throughout (John Lewis). We then returned to Dreams & were welcomed by name by Sharon. 5 Stars for sales.

Veronica was extremely helpful, fetched us pillows to use and allowed us to try out each mattress several times before we made a decision on the one which suited us both. Veronica commented when we were laid on each mattress as to whether we were well supported and lying in the correct position. When choosing the divan base, Veronica made several helpful suggestions and double checked that we were happy with the colour and whether we wanted2 or 4 drawers. We also bought the pillows that Veronica had provided for us when trying out the mattresses and also a cotton mattress protector on her recommendation. On being telephoned when we got home to ask if she could alter the delivery date, Veronica did this willingly and promptly. We were both very impressed with the advice and service we received and will be returning to purchase bedroom furniture in the near future.
