Dreams - Reading

I was shopping for beds in Dreams Reading and not long after I walked in, I was approached by a staff member called Marky. He had helped my parents purchase a bed several months ago. He instantly recognised my dad who was with me at the time and greeted us. He gave excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products. I respected his honesty about the products and it helped me make a good decision on which bed to choose.

I went into the store the day before as I was going to be bringing my mum with me (to get a bed for her) and she is in a wheel chair - to see what was on display. We were interested in possibly purchasing a small double bed but the only one on display was upstairs -she said that was no problem - they would get someone to carry it down to show my mum the size. When we went in today - we were served by Marky - who was just brilliant with my mum - listening to her needs, what she wanted and gave her loads of advise - as as already mentioned - he carried the small double mattress down so she could see it. He was always available during our visit but gave us time to browse too. The lady I saw the day before also came and spoke to us and made sure we were ok. I thought the service was brilliant. Thank you.

I came in and spoke to Veronica , she was extremely polite, friendly and immediately new my needs after I gave her a run down of my health problems. I had been in another store and was almost put off sorting and getting a new bed to the lack of knowledge/ confidence from the staff member and overall service but walking into dreams was a whole different experience!!! Veronica was immediately there to help and as I said the service I received thoughtout the whole process ( which was quick and easy) was fantastic and would definitely recommend your store and the member of staff - Veronica. So please pass on. Thank u

We were greeted and welcomed and the staff member spent time understanding our needs and then showing us several different options for the type of mattress we wanted. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Veronica was brilliant. She did not use any high pressure sales techniques, she was available but not in our faces and gave support without our feeling pressured.The fact that she had flexibility within the price framework to provide us with some pillows was great. Further there was a tall slim black guy on the floor who was happy to interact with customers who were with another sales person without taking on the sale or intruding. Might be good not to have too many staff on the floor when there are not that many customers about but have them readily available if required.

Firstly the Store and all sales people were welcoming and the store looked inviting. We were approached immediately by a very professional salesman 'Marky' who listened to what I was looking for and in no time showed me an array of beds suitable... clean pillow was given to me so that I could try out the chosen beds, I tried 4 beds all with different hard/ med/soft mattresses , loved all of them but the first one I tried was the most comfortable....Marky seemed to understand exactly what I wanted, I was then given a choice of headboards and found one I really liked, I also chose 2 drawer storage for my base and told Marky I was all set....spent time at his desk giving my particulars, signed and paid for products...choosing a suitable date for FREE DELIVERY...also told Marky he was one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with....on leaving the store all the sales people who were not busy with customers all said goodbye to me which was a lovely touch, I would certainly recommend your Store and certainly recommend Marky as a very pleasant knowledgeable professional salesman.
