My partner and myself had Steve who taken his time and spent time with us understanding our needs. He was lovely in giving us both a pillow which made the experience and mattresses feel as if we was at home, this helped us choose which mattress we went for. We was offered drinks and have recommended that our families go there soon for their mattresses.

So happy with my experience in purchasing a mattress , so friendly as soon as you walk into the store without being hounded every step whilst you are browsing . Marky and Steve were ever so helpful, credit to them both , thank you once again

The sales assistant Veronica was very helpful finding out what I was looking for but then didn't crowd me or once we had identified 4 potential mattresses. She then left me to spend as long as I liked trying each one, was there if and when I wanted some extra help but again I felt I had all day if I needed to try these out. It was delightful not to feel any pressure to buy or that you were selling to me. thank you. This is the 4 th time I have returned and bought from Dreams, and I will return again next time I need a new bed.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable & friendly assitant, who after ascertaining our needs and giving us guidance on the mattresses that would best suit & letting us try them out, then gave us sufficient time & space to retry and reach a decision without being made to feel under any pressure. Altogether a very pleasant and stress free experience for both myself & my husband who normally hates shopping of any kind.
