Veronica was extremely helpful. She knew how to advise me and gave me the level of service I expected making me feel as a valuable customer

The sales person was knowledgeable and also tried to build rapport with the kids as well as us

The staff in the Reading Store were so attentive to our needs and went out of there way to help us find the correct bed and mattress we need. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee whilst we were placing our order. We cannot fault the staff at all.

Ms. SHARON is the best adviser, and therefore we went back to the store. Thank you for fantastic service, advice, and a sense of humour . Thanks to you we did not feel like at the shop, just at home. Thank you.

Your sales assistant, Veronica, was superb and probably the best retail consultant I've come across. Veronica was friendly and helpful from the start. She understood our requirement quickly and suggested well suited products. Assistance and advice was on hand throughout but also space was given for us to assess and make our decision. We brought a mattress which I expect to be a good choice and also decided on some well suited sundry products (pillows and protector) From our perspective, a great sales experience. From Dreams perspective, a job very well done by Veronica and now you have a happy customer who brought and spent extra on upsell items......

Served by Sharon Absolutely fantastic, cannot fault her, service 10/10. More than happy to demonstrate storage options of different beds, did not hard sell or pressure us into anything, very happy and bubbly lady. Product knowledge second to none
