Dreams - Reading

There was a great choice at the Reading store, although I understand the choice could have been greater if I had gone to Slough. I was helped by Sharon in the Reading store who was very helpful. She ran through some questions as to what bed I had now and if I had an idea of what I was looking for. She showed me several mattresses and there was no pressure to buy a particular one. The whole process was quite relaxed and easy.

Very helpful, attentive and friendly service. Good product knowledge. Listened to our needs and responded accordingly.

We did some research before our visit. We were not railroaded into buying. We were asked if we we would like any help. We said we would prefer pocket springs. Veronica ( I think that was her name) guided us to all the pocket spring beds. She explained the difference between each one and the grading. Once she was happy that we understood and could look for the right mattress for our needs she gave us 2 of the most divine pillows and left us to try them out. We were left to try at our leisure with absolutely no pressure. We were offered tea or coffee. And she came back once or twice to check we were happy. After 30 years of marriage this was the fourth time we've been to purchase a new bed. Without any doubt it was the best. I was not looking forward to it because we've been pressured in the past and ended up making the wrong decision. We were both really impressed with the staff , Veronica in particular and feel we've made the right choice of bed. It is a big expense and you spend so much of your life sleeping it has to be right. We also purchased the pillows (cloud memory) and tried those out last night. Money well spent. Thankyou.

Veronica the sales assistant was brilliant! she knew her stuff was a great help and made us feel very comfortable. she did not make us feel pressured into buying anything and when we were a little indecisive of what size bed we wanted she was more than happy to help us out and give us the time we needed to make our mind up. if there is a recognition scheme for your employees please ensure she is recognised for her brilliant customer service in this occasion. Encountering employees such as Veronica in shops is rare these days and we truly appreciate all her help in finding us the right bed.

Friendly staff and good products.

I visited Dreams on a Friday and was very quickly approached by a lady, Veronica, who could not have been more helpful, informative and professional in her approach to me. She listened carefully to my requirements and gently guided me in the right direction. Veronica made the whole process a pleasureable experience.

We were shown different products that would match our needs, and discouraged from those that wouldn't be appropriate. We bought a new product line that suited us, and we're informed about the product from the staff member. We were encouraged to try out lots of different mattresses and given pillows to match what we use at home.

Claire met us on arrival and helped us buy a headboard for £299.00 and all paid and sorted.Very helpful and Manager was to hand also.

The staff were friendly and helpful and we wasn't waiting around to be served.
