The sales assistant was pleasant, listened to what I was after & then made sensible recommendations. He wasn't pushy (something that will always put me off & walk out of a store!). He didn't rush me & was patient as I considered my choice. All in all a good buying experience & im happy I've got the best bed for me within my budget.

We spent the day looking at other stores also, however the retail assistant spent time and patience with us. She was very knowledgable and helpful and helped recommended the final product. She allowed us time to think and then come back to the store!

My wife and I went to Dreams with both of our children, 2.5yrs and 6month old. The whole team were most welcoming and Veronice was absolutely brilliant when looking after us. Her product knowledge and advice were excellent. Despite our kids being very distracting she had the patience of a saint and we felt very well looked after, so much so that we are sure we made exactly the right decision for our mattresses.
