There was no hard sell, we knew what we wanted and were politely and courteously assisted in ordering it with no additional pressure

We were looked after by Marky who was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. He was very patient with us, and helped us enormously in making our decision about three beds that we wanted to order. A genuinely lovely person who made us feel very comfortable. No hard sell tactics that would have deterred us immediately.

Received excellent service, very helpful and knowledgeable, listen to our needs and gave suggestions. Offered a drink while we browsed. Explained different colour options for bed base and headboard.

We visited dreams Sunday 22nd Jan and were greeted by Veronica who was lovely and very very helpful, me and my partner went in with lack of knowledge on beds and mattresses Veronica took us through everything we managed to get a bed mattress and new pillows sorted.we wanted to go back a week later to pay our deposit again Veronica was there to greet us and she was very pleased we returned. She was very helpful and didn't leave us waiting around she made sure we understood everything about the payment and even mAnaged to get us some discount off which was brilliant as every little helps. So overall very pleased with our visit and can't wait for our bed to arrive .

Claire Howes took time to understand what we wanted ( a replacement single mattress for our grand-daughters bed) and involved our grand-daughter in discussing the different qualities of the range of mattresses on offer and in testing them out. Claire's product knowledge and attention to detail contrasted very markedly with the service received elsewhere and ensured that we placed our order with Dreams rather than with a competitor.

Staff were very helpful and showed us 6 mattresses that could meet our requirements. We saw, we tried, we bought.

Sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, professional but at no time did he give off the vibe of a salesman just out for the sell! :) The shop was well laid out, and with brief instructions from the sales rep, we knew where to go to look for the types of beds and mattresses we were looking for.

The staff member was efficiently quick to approach and gave me all the time I needed to try out different mattresses which I went to buy and was very knowledgeable and thorough. I immediately put me at ease and was very understanding and helpful in all aspects of my time in the store.

I returned to this branch as I specifically wanted to see Veronica, who I had initially seen and who was both friendly , knowledgeable about the various products and very professional. I was delighted that Vernica was in and as with my previous visit she attended to my needs and helped me through the maze of choosing beds.
