So I came to dreams about 2 weeks ago and walke out as the lady I first spoke to had no time for me what so ever! But today when I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful lady called Sharon, she not only help me pick the right bed she also went over everything I had to ask and answered all my questions, if I had not had this lay today I would have walked away again and gone somewhere else so glad I gave this shop a second chance.

I needed to spend alot of time making my choise as i had a painfull back. I was given all the time i needed. I wasnt pestered or pressured. I was given the various options based on my needs. Given options in various price ranges.... given the time i needed to make my choise. What more could someone ask for? Brilliant!

My wife and I were highly delighted with the way Khy looked after us. Any question he could not answer he went straight away to a colleague for advice. He let us try a variety of mattresses including the one we liked just incase we found another that was more suitable for us. He went through all the details of what we should do if we needed to return it and for the disposal of our old mattress. He could not have been more attentive and given us better service.
