Dreams - Reading

Sharon - the lady who helped us - was very knowledgeable and friendly, without being pushy. She gave us all the information we needed and answered our questions fully, but also gave us plenty of time to look around and discuss things on our own. We both hate pushy sales people, but she got the balance absolutely spot on (and even made us a hot drink, which was very much appreciated!).

Veronica was friendly and very informative without being pushy. There was a wide range of types of mattress and we were able to chose one on our first visit. We were encouraged to take our time and didn't feel pressured. Shop was nicely laid out.

Your colleagues didn't hassle us when we came in, unlike the Bensons staff down the road i thought we would need to call the police for harassment! So them dreams staff didn't badger us at all.

Sharon was very knowledgeable of the product and patient while we chose the mattress that suited us the best. We were very satisfied with our shopping experience.

Sales assistant Veronica was extremely helpful and patient in helping me find the right bed.

We visited the store yesterday evening to look at a new bed for our son and were assisted by Veronica. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, certainly suggesting things to consider that I had not even thought about. We felt very confident in her recommendations and said we would come back the following day once we had considered the beds we had considered. It was nice to be confident but not pressured. We returned this afternoon and not only did Veronica remember us, she remembered exactly what we had looked at the day before. After confirming which mattress option my son was happy with, we placed our order. Veronica was extremely pleasant and could not have been more helpful. We hope our confidence in Veronica and Dreams continues through to delivery next week.

Khy approached us first and gave us time to browse, checked back in with us after a short time, offered tea/ coffee, gave us more time & then answered questions we had arranged for our divan base to be taken away when the new bed is delivered & offered a choice of delivery dates
