We were served by Marky who was knowledgeable, helpful & polite. He took time to find out our needs & showed us a range of mattresses, provided pillows & advised us to take our time testing each one, which we did. He was on hand to answer questions but at no time tried to push any particular range, which we appreciated. Once we had decided he checked that we understood the terms & accompanied us to the payment desk where we were served by an equally helpful gentleman.

A sales rep was available as soon as we entered the store to help us locate the desired mattress.

Very friendly staff, they got me a cup of tea while I was trying out the mattresses. Gave me information about which mattress was best for my back. Ordering was simple and delivery time agreeable.

We had looked at beds in other stores and had either been ignored or subject to high pressure sales techniques. Veronica was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She took time to listen to our needs and then showed us the relevant possible beds. She then left us to think and make a decision. We bought 2 beds in the end and were very happy with the free pillow. I would definitely recommend this store.
