Even though I had previously done research on line first I still was unsure of the type of mattress that suited me. As soon as I walked in a lady ask if I needed help, normally this would annoy me, but I was grateful for this today. Veronica was very helpful she listened to my requests and allowed me to try many beds which I made my final decision from. She arranged delivery quickly and collection of old bed too. I am very happy with this quick but toug
