The lady that served me could not have been more helpful and very polite , she explained everything in great detail especially the advantage of this time taking out the garente .

A lovely lady called Sharon helped us while we were shopping at Dreams, Reading. Sharon was very helpful, knew the products and kindly offered us a drink (and our 2 boys had a glass of water each). Sharon told us about the product range we were interested in and then allowed us time on our own to test the mattresses, and even brought us some comfortable pillows to help with our experience. Once we'd made our decision, Sharon efficiently processed our order and we were on our way home. A refreshingly pleasant shopping experience out with our young family.

Veronica was very knowledgable about your products and took time to understand our needs. She was able to quickly recommend the mattresses to try and was able to tell us the main features and benefits of each. She made sure we tried the mattresses with a good pillow to appreciate what the mattress would be like should we buy it. She was also a George Michael fan.

I have a bad back so buying a new bed was necessary and it's critical I got it right but I still had a budget. I really shopped around and either experienced no help or really pushy sales tactics which ensured I wouldn't be buying from Bensons! The right decision was the most important thing and I needed to try beds so buying on line was not an option. Dreams had a good selection, I dealt with Sharon and explained what I was looking for she pointed out 3 beds which should suit me all were good and one was perfect. She also left me to it so I didn't feel self conscious trying the beds but checked in on me to see if I was ok. I couldn't purchase at the time but she kindly wrote down all the details for me. I have subsequently visited a couple more times to try the bed again and affirm the decision and the bed was purchased in your sale, so I got, I think the right bed at a good price. For me it was so important to be able to try beds, get good advice, not pushy buy today tactics and to deal with nice friendly people. I also have the piece of mind that if for some reason the bed isn't right I have your comfort guarantee. Thanks Dreams and Sharon, highly recommended great job!

Quality of service and very helpful staff (Claire), very happy with the price we paid for our mattress, the quality was excellent, just what we required. We will be shopping again at Dreams, and would also recommend to friends. Keep up the good work Dreams.

Staff were both confident and helpful in the knowledge of the products, also taking care to look after customers without hoovering around them.
