Positives - The lady who assisted me, Veronice 937 was very helpful and patient even when I re-tried out the matresses. The order logging system seemed efficient. Negatives - I feel the TV advertisiting and web site were missleading. They mentioned upto 50% off and a special mattress deal on Boxing day. But when I went to the store on Boxing day there were no mattresses with 50% off although some of the furniture was. Also your other retailer price promise does not include matresses so I have a horrible feeling that I have probably ended up paying a lot more than needed. If this turns out to be the case my satisifaction ratings will reduce considerably.

The shop assistant had knowledge of the products in store and understood my needs.

Price was very good and the added extra of free delivery made us choose Dreams over Benson's for Beds. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly, we explained our needs and she delivered. She also up sold the £25 8 year guarantee which was too good to resist. Unlike other shops, the assistants did not lurk around or pester us. We were not pushed or coerced into making a quick decision which made for a very pleasant experience. Will definitely return again.

The staff were attentive and very knowledgeable, they all advised us on the mattress and bed that would suit our needs, gave background to how the item was made and asked the relevant questions to recommend the best products.

The Colleague that attended me, "Veronica", was very helpful and took time to explain to me each of the products and the advantages they had. She also understood my needs and listened to me.

From the minute we walked in the assistant approached us and spent a great deal of time explaining the different qualities and asked a lot of questions to enable us to buy exactly what we wanted. She went over things several times and had a lot of patience and knowledge.
