i received good customer assistance

Sales assistant was very friendly, cheerful and polite. She wasnt to pushy like other shops we had been in and walked out. She was on hand and was able to answer with confidence every question we had.

The staff were extremely helpful and were able to answer all of our questions/queries, the ordering of the mattress was very quick and easy.

The young man who looked after us in the Reading store, Marksy, was extremely helpful and courteous. We hope you will pass this on to him...he made the whole shopping experience a joy and definitely knew the best products for our needs. 10/10

I felt Veronica went the extra mile for me. She took time to fully understand my requirements, and then made suggestions of what would suit me. She then arranged for a store model to be sold to me at a great discount, so I left the store really happy with my purchase, and would deffnately go back again. I cannot wait to get my new Mattress next week - Great experience!!

Veronica was helpful, polite and friendly. She offered us a drink, got us pillows to try and the beds and understood our needs.

Marky was very help. Nothing too much trouble. We even got a hot whilst there.

The gentleman that served us was fantastic very helpful and was offering great advice, he also sorted out a discount that related to me having a disabled badge.

Colleague was very helpful, showing us a variety of mattresses, explaining each one and gave us plenty of time to decide.
