Dreams - Reading

The staff at Dreams Reading are a fantastic team. They have great knowledge, they are extremely friendly and welcoming. We were offered a cup of tea and they didn't bat an eyelid when two of my four year old triplets decided to test drive every bed in store. We bought from here before and will always return. Steve the manager is superb as werequested all the assistants. Clearly a great team managed by an excellent manager !!!!!

I had reserved an airbed ready for collection that evening. It was important to collect the airbed the same evening, as my parents were coming to stay over at my new house for the first time, having just moved in a few days ago. My father also suffers from a disability, so it was important to me that he would be comfortable. On my way to the Dreams store in Reading, unfortunately there had been an accident on the motorway and I was stuck in standstill traffic for almost two hours. I was extremely anxious that I would not make it to the store prior to the closing time at 8pm. I phoned the store and spoke with both Sharon and Veronica, who both demonstrated exceptional customer service towards my situation. They went beyond their call of duty to keep the store open for me and both waited for my arrival. When I arrived well past the closing time, my product was immediately ready for me to collect, packaged, complete with an order confirmation/receipt. I couldn't thank Veronica and Sharon enough for truly living up to Dreams' values through their exceptional customer service, empathy and professionalism. That night, my parents had the perfect night's sleep, all thanks to them.

I was served wonderfully by Sharon, who worked very hard to make me feel welcome and comfortable in the shop. I had had a stressful day completing a house purchase. She could detect how much the events had strained me and was very kind, seating me in a nice comfy chair and even bringing me a complimentary cup of coffee, which I really needed! She was helpful and friendly, explaining the delivery process and as a returning customer she provided me with complimentary pillows for my new bed. This was a very kind gesture that made me feel valued, the kind of thing that will make sure you get return business from customers. Completing large purchases is something I tend to find stressful but Sharon's approach took those problems away from me. Thanks Sharon, have a lovely Christmas! X

On arriving in your Reading store we were welcomed by Veronica,she was very happy to help with all of our needs,after a quick chat of what we were looking for Veronica knew exactly what we were looking for in a new mattress,she gave us good advice and we left the shop feeling very happy with our purchess.

From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel welcome, given space to roam and browse as we wanted but when advice was sought the staff were there and provided all the information that we wanted. You were given the feeling that they wanted to find the right mattress for you, rather than just trying to sell you a mattress for the sake of selling one. Thank you very much and will highly recommend.

Marky from the Whitley store treated us really well. When he first approached us he made us feel welcome and gave us a very brief overview of where certain beds and mattresses were located in the store, as we were looking for a particular bed. Marky's sales technique was excellent, and he allowed us to take as much time as we wanted to decide and encouraged us to try out the mattresses to make sure we would be comfortable.
