Steve, the store Manager at Reading was excellent. He knew each of the products in depth and helped us to find the suitable base, bed and head board.

When my wife and I entered the Reading Dreams store, we were looking for a particular mattress that had been recommended by the "which magazine". We were asked by a Dreams sales assistant Veronica if she could help, we informed her of the product that we were for and from then on she showed use more of the types of mattress that were available and let us lay on the different types of mattress with a pillow. This enabled us greatly to make our decision on the mattress and the pillows that we chose.

The product I was after was on display, albeit hidden by the door so initially I missed it. The agent who helped me was great
