Helpful staff.

The lady that served us made us tea while we were deciding, was very friendly and helpful.

The assistants were very friendly and helpful, and gave my wife and I a coffee. All the products are on display in one place and can be tried out for comfort.

I went to the store to check the items I had chosen on line and was given good advice about what would be the correct option.

I walk with the aid of a stick and immediately my husband and I entered the store we were greeted by Veronica and she showed us to the mattress we requested, provided me with a special hard pillow and then made us tea whilst placing the order.

Very smooth transaction with products shown and demonstrated. Staff very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble

Sharon at the Reading store as extremely helpful and knowledgable she didn't hassle us for a sale just let us get on with our selection and offered drinks and better pillows to help us select our mattress. We were most impressed that she did do a hard sell just let us look for ourselves but was close by for when we did have a question, great sales technic!!

The employee who helped me through my purchase (Veronica) listened to my concerns over my purchase and was able to offer practical solutions to alleviate my concerns. She was helpful, friendly, and motivated to ensure I received the best outcome possible. I really appreciated this. She was very knowledgeable and clearly has a high level of understanding of the products she is selling, as well as understanding the things that matter to me as a customer.

Very friendly help full made a cup of tea used the toilet good 1 to 1 service.

The sales assistant Sharon was very helpful and gave us the information we needed. She also dealt with us very efficiently and was very friendly.
