My purchase was processed in a prompt and efficient manner- great as I was short of time

Marky was very good, and the perfect balance of allowing us to look on our own accord and providing us with guidance and expertise

Very helpful staff, after talking to us got us quickly to the right type of mattress and pillow for our needs, and were happy to leave us on our own for a bit.

Veronica listened to what we needed and then showed us few products that maybe suitable she then allowed us to have space to look at each of the beds and said if we required more assistance and when we were ready she would show us more options downstairs. This approach was informative and efficient allowing us space to discuss what we liked and didn't like without being "hovered" over!

Unlike many furniture stores, the staff were on hand and very helpful as well as being good humoured. True, the store was quiet but overall a good experience

VERY NICE YOUNG MAN VERY HELPFUL

We had no idea of what we were looking for with regards to a bed as it had been some time since we had purchased one and also as I have issues with nerve damage in my neck. We found the knowledge and advise Marky shared with us to be in depth and conveyed in a clear and concise manner, we feel his understanding of my needs was excellent and despite paying more than we wanted to feel very happy with the purchase we made. Being a regional sales manager I would like to go on record and say that Marky is a credit to your company and it was a pleasure to buy from him.

The knowledge of the sales person was very high. He did not pester us for a sale.

Were given excellent assistance with selecting a mattress which was right for us.
