Steven the store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgable, easy to shop there, we had clear requirement, he listened and understood our requirements very well

Veronica was excellent.Helpful and very knowledgeable. We had gone to the Basigstoke branch earlier in the day and they were no where near as helpful. We ended up spending over £3700 which could have been spent at our local branch. Instead we spent that money at Reading all due to the service we received from Veronica ( and her manager Steve who obviously creates the great atmosphere in the store)

Excellent customer service and great product knowledge, this was very helpfull in purchasing the product.

Sales assistant Sharon was very attentive, listened to our needs, was not at all pushy, we felt comfortable dealing with her, she was most helpful and satisfied our visit. The young trainee from High Wycombe was also very attentive, and showed interest.
