The assistant (Sharon) was extremely friendly and well informed. She patiently helped us to look at a variety of beds and combination of mattresses, allowing us time and without any suggestion of a 'hard sell' which I hate. My only slight criticism and I don't think that there is anything much that she or you can do about it, is that the interest free loan paperwork takes quite a while to complete, but overall, a highly satisfactory experience.

Very knowledgable and friendly Sales advisor who guided us amongst the sea of mattresses advising on the specific needs we required.

Customer service was very good. Product knowledge was great and helped us to decide which bed to get.

Veronica helped me right away and was highly specific in working out what I wanted re: materials, spring count, price etc. She was determined to give the best fit for me and my other half and explained that if we weren't happy we could exchange it, which really made us feel better especially as it's a big buy for us. She even gave me a pillow just like my one I bought from her years ago so I could see just what the mattress will be like when I get it home! She explained everything clearly and carefully and I never felt pushed into anything. It was excellent.

The staff at your store - Sharon and Marky - were absolutely brilliant. Sharon found me exactly what I was looking for incredibly quickly, and they were both so helpful and friendly, even to the point of letting me have cardboard boxes, that would otherwise have been thrown away, for a house move! And Marky even took them to my car for me. I was so impressed with the service I received - Sharon and Marky are a credit to you.

Everyone I've dealt with through Dreams, including the delivery drivers and the phone advisors, has been so helpful. It's really excellent company staffed by hardworking and thoughtful people.

Veronica approached us with a friendly knowledgeable manner and listened carefully to our needs and budget when showing us a range of choices.
