Dreams - Reading

Veronica was knowledgeable and advised me on pillow as well as bed. She had a good balance between providing information and leaving me to experience the different mattresses. She was willing to let me leave with the information and found an up to date brochure for me to take away. There was no pressure but a friendly interest. She recognised me when I returned. The only reasons for the satisfied, rather than highly satisfied, boxes were that I felt that the mattress could have been further reduced as the bases had a 20% reduction, but she consulted with the manager and provided an acceptable compromise

Veronica was most attentive but not intrusive... she was there, on hand, if we had any questions and showed us all the products that were suitable for our needs therefore making our decision to buy from Dreams an easy one. The order was processed quickly and efficiently with a delivery date to suit us. We had been to other bed shops and this was our last one, without Veronica there we would have gone elsewhere, we look forward to the delivery of our new bed and using Dreams in the future, we are building a new house in the near future and will be back. We hope to see Veronica again, she's a star. Thank you.

The sales person was not pushy at all and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. He gave plenty of good advice and was very knowledgeable. Helpful and friendly.

The store assistant Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, he was quickly able to identify my requirements and make recommendations on the best products for me. He gave me time to try the products, there was no rush for the sale and answered all my questions quickly and professionally.

The assistant, Sharon, quickly identified our specific requirements and took the time to explain the merits of your various products and moved to recommend those most likely to meet our needs.

I already had a rough idea of the price/type bed I wanted Veronica pointed out the right bed and whizzed throught the order paperwork very efficiently

Veronica was both extremely welcoming without being pushy and quite knowledgeable about the Tempur mattress range. She took the time to explain the differences within the range and also gave us ample opportunity to compare our options. In the end, we felt quite confident and satisfied with out purchase. We'll be back.
