Veronica was a great help and very knowledgeable

I havent recieved the product yet, however the ladies help in the shop was excellent, she an excellent sales person without being pushy, great product knowledge and i came out with pillows too! Can't remember her name though but she was in the reading store

Staff were friendly and helpful (including the offer of teas and coffees), and were brillaint at advising at which products would be the best for our needs

The store was well laid out with mattresses at the bottom and bedframes at the top. The assistant (Veronica) who came over to help us was very accommodating, and pleasant. She gave us the space to wander and peruse the store, but also was on hand to answer our questions and help guide us through the process. She was very professional and helpful. There was a good range of products with good discounts, and the staggered payment with 0% interest was absolutely amazing - I wouldn't have bought as expensive a product had that not been available, and it really made me feel good to be buying the bed and mattress from Dreams. The fact that there is no interest on it made me feel like the business valued my custom, and realises that buying a bed is an expensive thing to do, especially when moving into a new place etc. having the staggered payment is SO helpful.

The saleswoman was incredibly helpful. We found the frame we wanted quickly and then tried a few mattresses after discussing what our preference was. The whole process was really quick (because the lady knew her products so well) and enjoyable (as the lady was really very pleasant).

I was served by someone who was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She took time to understand my needs. She even got me the type of pillow I use at home so I could try out my chosen product. She tried to accommodate my disability, and made sure the fact that I would not be able to put my mattress in the green bag myself was mentioned on the order form. However, i am reserving final judgement until I see how the delivery goes.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Bed differences were well explained and any questions asked were answered. Store layout was such that finding the right bed was easy, and the whole shopping experience was enjoyable. Offers of free delivery, free insurance and a mattress protector was a very pleasant surprise, and given the sale price of 2 of the items we bought, a great value trip. Thank you Dreams

-good customer aervice, the consultant answered all our questions and we felt we haven't been rushed... overall good deal for what we ordered , much cheaper than we expected
