Marky was very friendly and helpful, guiding us in our decision and providing information.

The store assistant that helped us (Veronica), was extremely knowledgeable, tool time to understand our needs and show us a range of products and provide valuable opinions which ultimately led to a very confident purchase. She was really helpful and made us feel very welcome.

The assistant who severed us was excellent. Very friendly and polite and extremely knowledgeable about all the products available. There was no pressure-selling, just helpful advice.

Veronica was very helpful with suggesting products which would support joint problems and also finding a mattress with pure cotton, when she found out I was allergic to wool. She also said they sold the physiotherapy pillows, which I was impressed with, which led to an extra sale.
