Really friendly & knowlegeble customer service, Steve took the time to understand what we were looking for & answered all of our questions (& we had many) fully without pushing us in to a sale - I am one of these people who does not like pushy sales people & Steve was exactly the correct balance of assisting us, but also giving us the time to make decisions without looking over us the whole time.... It's a large amount of money to spend & it's good to know we were in safe hands!! Thank you Steve, we really appreciated it!! >;0)

Marky was friendly and guided us to a choice of mattress and bed that we liked making.

My wife and I weren't looking forward to getting a new bed, we thought we would have to spend ages looking and not find what we wanted, but we were very pleased with Jake, and his help in getting exactly what we needed. It didn't take long either. I would recommend friends to go to the Reading store, everyone was curtious and helpful.

Marky provided the right amount of service - not too much to start and then a complete understanding and engagement once we knew what we wanted. He was very pleasant and had the right balance of friendliness without being too "familiar". Nice guy and will do well.

I was at the reading branch and the lady that serverd me was Claire, she was very helpful and helped my make my purchase as easy as possible.

The assistant who helped us was called Marky, at your Reading store, and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel pressured to make a sale and we are very pleased with our order. I have even already received a text giving me details of delivery, in advance, which helps a great deal. We were really happy with the service we received from Sharon. Our old bed was in such a sorry state so we were keen to get something we would be really comfortable in. Sharon listened to what we were after and what we didn't want and made really helpful suggestions. She was friendly, not pushy and left us to browse when we wanted to but was available as soon as we had a question. Ordering was quick and easy and we received the bed within 4 days. I have to say the delivery team were also amazing, very polite and helpful and they even offered put my own headboard back on the new bed for me. We've had one night in the bed so far and I think we need a little time to get used to it, but at least I know if we don't get on with it we can swop it within 40 days.
